WHAT IS REALITY?

WHO AM I? WHERE AM I? WHERE AM I GOING?

  • LET'S GET REAL ... ACCEPT REALITY ...

Sooner or later, you are going to die, and that's that!
You might as well get used to this fact.

  • WHILE YOU ARE HERE ... MAKE THE BEST OF IT ...

Don't dissipate, but do enjoy life: flowers, nature, art, music, science, literature, friends, and your own work.

  • TESTED HABITS AND ATTITUDES DO WORK

Set a goal, a plan, and a schedule. Study and learn. Start on time. Work hard. Finish the job. Take responsibility for yourself and your actions. Protect the earth and your health. Be moral and ethical. Be gentle, be kind, help others.

  • BUT WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE ...

Be grateful if others return your kindness and good will, but don't count on it, don't fall in love with an albatross, for

IN THE REAL WORLD

FREETHINKERS HAVE REVIEWED THE EVIDENCE

Many people perceive their own individual, personal "virtual reality". There are as many discrete "virtual entity" gods as there are people who believe in them.

These traditional perceptions are a cultural heritage from insights of ancient prophets who lived and died in tribal societies before the Iron Age, before the invention of the telescope or modern science.

The Bible God I deny; the Christian God I disbelieve in; but I am not rash enough to say there is no God as long as you tell me you are unprepared to define God to me.' Although Bradlaugh's distinction between netheism and atheism is indefensible on etymological grounds, his philosophical position was unanswerable and productive of results: his challenge to the theists to 'Define your God' was particularly embarrassing ... Do No Harm

The artificial human social world is a nasty, "dog eat dog" virtual construct. In their incessant competition for scarce resources people are oblivious to the harm they do to others in the endless game of "robbing Peter to pay Paul".

Doctors are asked to first do no harm; why not school administrators, lawyers, businessmen, community leaders, politicians? Why not everybody? Perhaps "Do No Harm" was omitted from their early childhood indoctrination into the deadly game of "winner take all".
