INTRODUCTION

What influence does religion have on world events and human freedom? When people first crawled out of caves and started to think, they had no other guidelines for thinking than the natural environment around them. Later thinkers thought about thinking itself, and developed complex mental tools to plot the course of mental evolution. Thousands of years before modern science, mental insights formed the basis for future social development. Leaders presented these insights to their followers as REVELATIONS which formed the basis for the first religious claims. These original claims were molded into DOGMA by later generations. Modern social, political, and government institutions are all based on these early ideas. Any cracks, flaws, or discrepancies have been resolved by intimidation and force to silence any whistle blowers who questioned the "rightness" of the existing views of the universe.
